Fernandõ Gastrotheque 

Fernando GastroDiscover a hidden gem situated in a quaint street in the heart of Sliema – a small, quiet bistro exuding French-style charm. This intimate restaurant offers a peaceful retreat from the lively surroundings of Sliema, providing the perfect vantage point to watch the world pass by.

AYUAYU is the latest venture by brothers Alex, Mario, and Anthony, inspired by their shared love for food and travel. Their culinary journey began on their travels, where they explored new flavours and dishes from various destinations, learning from chefs and home cooks alike. 

Located on Gżira’s panoramic promenade near Manoel Island, this minimalist-style restaurant brings these experiences to life with dishes like Venezuelan Caldo de Costilla, Filipino Sizzling Pork Sisig, and Brazilian Moqueca Baiana. CommandoCommando, situated along the scenic route from Mellieħa to Għadira Bay, carries a fascinating history dating back to the 1930s, when it once supported the Royal Marines. Housed within a lovingly restored 300-year-old building, the restaurant exudes a cosy charm with its rustic decor and modern touches. Despite its modest size, the team runs like a well-oiled machine, ensuring seamless service for every guest. 
Commando's menu offers a delightful blend of classic favourites and inventive creations, featuring highlights like Torched Scallops and comforting Duck Ragù Pappardelle.
