Job Details
We are looking for Client Relationship Executives to join our dynamic team, who provides activities related to Corporate and Relocation Services. We are backed up by years of solid experience, specialised knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve international customers and business partners. The chosen candidates will assist international High Net Worth clients covering a myriad of services such as, but not limited to residency, citizenship, investments, tax residency and global residency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth clients.
- Deal with all the administrative tasks needed such as filling of forms and applications.
- Meet and greet the clients when in Malta.
- Be the main point of contact for these clients.
- Assist to their needs in the most professional way.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in client facing roles.
- Experience in Corporate and Compliance would be a plus.
- Excellent command of the English language is a must.
- Other well spoken and written languages would be a plus.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate professionally.
- The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
- Superb organization and time-management.
- Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
- Driven individual with the ability to come up with solutions to cater for the customers' needs.
