Chinese-Speaking Social Media Coordinator 
& Consultant

Job Details

We are looking for a Chinese-Speaking Social Media Coordinator & Consultant  to join our dynamic team in Malta, who provides activities related to Corporate and Relocation Services. We are backed up by years of solid experience, specialised knowledge, best practices, and technology to serve international customers and business partners. The chosen candidates will assist international High Net Worth clients covering a myriad of services such as, but not limited to residency, citizenship, investments, tax residency and global residency. 

You will be responsible for managing and growing our brand presence on WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED), while engaging with clients and nurturing potential leads. This role combines creative content work with client facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Social Media Management: Plan, write, and schedule engaging content for WeChat & Xiaohongshu, maintain cultural relevance, and align with brand identity.
  • Client Queries & Consultation: Respond to inquiries professionally, provide accurate program information, and qualify leads for follow-up.
  • Content Creation: Assist with short videos, lifestyle visuals, and stories using tools like CapCut or Canva. 
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience managing WeChat Official Accounts and Xiaohongshu (RED).
  • 1–3 years in social media, marketing, or content creation.
  • Professional, confident approach to client communication.
  • Bonus: Experience in immigration, luxury services, education, or real estate. 
Skills:
  • Native or fluent Mandarin Chinese (Simplified) & strong English skills.
  • Familiarity with short video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, etc.
  • Superb organization and time-management.
  • Must be a team player that is also comfortable working independently.
  • Driven individual with the ability to come up with solutions to cater for the customers' needs.
